Great convenient apartment complex
I really enjoyed living here. Landlord is great and the accommodations are very good. They keep the facility clean and the parking is very convenient

Livin' in Luxury!
I’ve been living at 755 Broad for a year now, and I really enjoy the community and its vibe. Being in downtown Athens, it’s super convenient with all the local stores and the UGA campus nearby. The residential area is peaceful and well-maintained, and maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. I absolutely love the apartments' luxurious style.
