When I moved in, roaches were everywhere. I already signed lease, so I couldnt do anything. Pestusa is who they use. They don't even spray the nest until you mention something. They dont automatically come every month either. They never opened the pool. I heard they haven't in a few years, so that's false advertisement. There are drugs in the complexes. Someone got shot a few months ago and I heard there was another occurrence more recently. I have had problems in my apt that never got fixed.... (Not big issues, just annoying little things).

Don't be fooled by the "renovated" complex. Jai Property Management drags feet on maintenance repairs, pest control, and cleanliness. Grounds are not maintained. There is a senior neighbor who walks around every morning getting rid of litter. The pool is always closed. They advertise gym, and office space and the club house, but that is nonexistent. The laundry facility is a room with 4 washers/dryers that are inefficient, out of order, cold water only, and costs 1:50 per machine. It is a very... old, and many units are falling about with electrical and plumbing issues. Pest control is is a joke, PestUSA treat on a unit by unit basis, so roaches are constantly moving between units. Currently, many units have/are having bed bug issues and Jai Property Management refuse to treat the buildings. Avoid this place! Read More
