Flats at Carrs Hill is an apartment community in Athens, GA
Sharp Decline in Experience 1. The hallway on my floor has been dirty with the same spill for two weeks 2. Changing from fobs to an app, that has experience numerous issues (like simply not activating the lock) in the first month, is absurd 3. Package notifications when I did not receive any package & my roommates have experienced the same issue 4. WiFi constantly goes in & out, especially during hours of the day most students do their homework

Wifi The WiFi is terrible!! Not only are the speeds sub par, you get kicked off the network every 10 minutes.
