Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 9:00. The space is for residential use only, with no social gatherings or parties allowed. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. A false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. No smoking in common areas, with a minimum fine of $50.
