The condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is currently under construction, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of smells. The parking lot is on-site but privately owned, and you may see some trash in the area. The parking lot can get creepy at night, so you may want to find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally, controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00.
