The apartment is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will result in a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. AC and heating are available seasonally via a PTAC system, which is controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells.
