Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will result in a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50.
