The kitchen includes a toaster oven, pots, pans, cups, dishes, utensils, a knife set, and a coffee maker. Basic cooking supplies, sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Laundry room access is available in the basement of the building.

No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways. The AC and heating are available seasonally. If you are locked out of the unit, the Building Staff is available to assist you, but please contact your host for instruction first.
