Smoking is permitted on the exterior of the home, with provided disposal stations. Neighborhood quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with no loud music, outdoor shouting, or disruptive noise permitted. Failure to comply will result in an immediate fine equal to one full night's rent, plus legal financial responsibility for any lost revenue or compensation paid to neighboring units disrupted by the noise. Gatherings, unauthorized events, and parties of any kind are completely prohibited, with any violation resulting in local law enforcement intervention, city citations, immediate termination of your stay, and total forfeiture of all paid lodging fees. Only guests explicitly listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. For reservations booked on the same day as arrival, check-in time may extend until 6:00 PM. The primary guest must sign a digital Renter Agreement through the secure booking system.
