Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. Blocking elevator doors or holding them open will shut down the elevator. Eating, beverages, or smoking are not allowed in hallways or other common areas. Do not place pizza boxes or other large items into hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not let people follow you into the building; only residents and guests with keys should be allowed to enter. No sounds or noise should be heard coming from your unit at any time.
