The building was constructed in 1963, and the air conditioning and heat are controlled by the building. Guests might feel too warm or too cold during March and November, but fans and space heaters are provided. The condo is located in a high-rise building, so you will have neighbors around. The building has 24/7 security staff, so feel free to report any concerns. Being downtown and close to the highway, there can be noise from the highway. No parties, gatherings, smoking, or loud music are allowed at any time, with the risk of removal from the building without a refund. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. If locked out, a minimum fee of $65 applies if the building staff assists. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. Do not block elevator doors, as it will shut down the elevator. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or common areas. Do not put large items in the trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Only residents and guests with keys should enter the building. Bicycles are not allowed in the elevators, but a key to the Bicycle Room can be obtained from the Management Office.
