Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. Blocking elevator doors and holding them open is prohibited. Eating, beverages, or smoking are not allowed in hallways or other common areas. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50.
