Please do not take the building sensor cards or fob when checking out, as a missing fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out not agreed upon will incur an extra cleaning and inconvenience fee starting at $200. The building has 24/7 concierge service, but being located downtown, the area may not suit everyone. The building was constructed in 1963, and the air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled, which may affect the temperature in the condo during certain months. The condo is in a high-rise building, so noise from neighbors may occur. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit, and no social gatherings or parties are permitted. Please leave the condo tidy by emptying the trash, starting the dishwasher, and placing dirty linens in the bathroom. Fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space are provided for each tenant, but no maid service is available during your stay.
