Being a Veteran, security is one of my top concerns. I believe that I have found that here at the 505. The people who work here bring there A Game everyday. As I sometimes see them work, or at events that they have set up, and even on the buildings Instagram page. You know these people enjoy there job. They have projected this peaceful environment. Its not by chance. I am thankful to have such a group that actually cares.

We really enjoy living in the apartment. It is a bit far away from Georgia Tech, but the quality of the house, the amenities, and the low cost outweighs that problem. So, I would definitely recommend this for GeorgiaTech students. Though the leasing process was very frustrating, everything has been smooth sailing after that.

Being excited to move into your new apartment just for your fiancé to be covered in flea bites within your first days when you don’t have pets has been extremely disappointing. Seeing fleas on your body and furniture just puts you in a state of fear the second you step into what is supposed to be your new home. Then having to deal with it for a little under month spending your own money to buy different chemical products to fix the issue is extremely frustrating. Overall, I appreciate the... setting up pest control to come fix the issue but this shouldn’t be an issue we have to deal with to begin with. Something needs to be done to rectify this.
