Since moving in to 505 Courtland in April 2026 I have been impressed. Staff are always friendly and the few minor maintenance requests I have made have been repaired within 24-hours or less. The amenities are a great addition and I would continue recommended potential occupants to strongly consider this property.

I manifested living here when I saw them being built years okay. Within the first year it open I applied and been here since. The location is perfect and close to a lot of things, it is convenient to public transportation (Marta), a park right across the street, layouts and finishes are beautiful, staff are helpful, and the community here is great.

Being a Veteran, security is one of my top concerns. I believe that I have found that here at the 505. The people who work here bring there A Game everyday. As I sometimes see them work, or at events that they have set up, and even on the buildings Instagram page. You know these people enjoy there job. They have projected this peaceful environment. Its not by chance. I am thankful to have such a group that actually cares.

We really enjoy living in the apartment. It is a bit far away from Georgia Tech, but the quality of the house, the amenities, and the low cost outweighs that problem. So, I would definitely recommend this for GeorgiaTech students. Though the leasing process was very frustrating, everything has been smooth sailing after that.

505 Cortland is a it’s very nice apartment. The staff is very pleasant. & the location is perfect for me.
