There are no shared interior spaces. Smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property, with violations resulting in a $1,500 to $3,000 professional smoke remediation and deep-cleaning fee, alongside potential cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Hookahs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Smoking is strictly confined to designated outdoor areas only, and ashes or debris should not be discarded on the ground, lawn, or outdoor furniture. Neighborhood quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with no loud music, outdoor shouting, or disruptive noise permitted. Failure to comply will result in an immediate fine equal to one full night's rent, plus legal financial responsibility for any lost revenue or compensation paid to neighboring units. Gatherings, unauthorized events, and parties of any kind are completely prohibited, with violations resulting in local law enforcement intervention, city citations, immediate termination of your stay, and total forfeiture of all paid lodging fees.
