This is a no-pet property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the apartment; any violations are subject to a cleaning and smoke remediation charge of $500 minimum fee or possible cancellation of your reservation without refund. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only, and guests are asked to adhere to proper smoking etiquette. No visitors are permitted on the property except registered guests without previous permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am daily; loud music is not permitted at any time, and guests should be mindful of noise, especially on the patio or exterior areas. Professional filming, photoshoots, and videography are not permitted without prior permission. A late checkout fee of $100 will be charged if you stay past the posted checkout time, with each additional hour past the posted checkout time costing $100 per hour. Staying over 3 hours past checkout time will result in a charge for a full night's rate. Violation of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund in extreme cases.
