Overlooked and Forgotten By Management
The units are in poor condition accept for the selective ones they chose to remodel. You will have roaches, back up toilet issues, mold even. Maintenance crew consist of 1 man who they literally tend to push to the limits . Therefore most work orders get pushed back for weeks or overlooked by the property manager or her assistant because they really don't care. You pay for pest control, but you don't get that on a consistent basis. It's like pulling teeth. Moving in at your own risk. Please… reconsider.
