How Is This Rating Determined?

Noise and Maintenance

Along with other reviews, maintenance has been a recurring issue. It takes months and countless phone calls to get anything fixed.

Additionally, there is zero insulation between units. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking, having adult time, crying, chatting, singing, ect. It's clear that the builders cheaped out on this and it's incredibly frustrating to spend so much on a unit that's not private or quiet.

Would be a good building to live in except they will lie and say maintenance work orders are completed when they are not. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner.

This is the best community I have ever lived at. The staff has been so nice and helpful in every way possible. The maintenance staff works so hard to make sure items are completed as fast as possible. The community is also so inviting so it’s super easy to know all of your neighbors throughout the building.
