The customer service is horrible. The guys in the office takes extended breaks without putting up a sign to say when they will be back. Which makes it difficult to pick of packages or come to the office on the weekend if you work during the week. Maintenance close work orders stating that they have been complete when the work have not been done. There is only one trash compactor for the entire community. You either have to walk or drive to take out your trash. The community is not clean. … There is dog poop and trash on stairs. There had been recent car break ins. There are ant issues within the apartments. The materials used to build these apartments initially appear to be nice but they are cheap. The floors are not real wood. I would never in a billion years live here. I submitted a contact form the 2nd week of Jan2018, inquiring about a 1 bd - weeks passed & I did not receive any type of response. I then reached out again at the end of Jan2018, still nothing. My 3rd attempt at emailing them was going into the 2nd week of Feb. After almost 48 hours, I decided to call. The leasing agent that picked up (male, didn't catch his name) instantly had an attitude like he was annoyed at me calling. I asked about the 1 bd… availability, his response was very short - "we don't have any available". So after a brief & awkward silence, I said "ok... so when will you all have any available?". I then proceeded to tell him about how I attempted to contact them via email multiple times over the course of weeks, with no response. He then proceeds to yell & say "MA'AM MA'AM MA'AM, that is very rude!". I asked how am I being rude by asking why haven't multiple inquiries been responded to? He then told me if I would've given him a chance he would've told me why (he had plenty of opportunity to explain why - he just chose not to). Then he said, "why would we want someone like you to live here!". Um, excuse you? After a bunch of unprofessional comments from him, he decided to hang up in my face - I can't make this up. I called back & asked, "are you the one who just hung up on me?" He PROUDLY said "I sure am" - I told him that to hang up on someone is extremely rude, unprofessional, & cowardly. He said, "I'm not finna argue back and forth with you." Bottom line, DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you want to deal with professional, decent leasing agents - this is not the place for you. Never in my 25 years of life have I been hung up on by someone at a workplace. You can't catch an attitude because someone is asking you "tough" questions, & inquiring about your complex - that's what potential residents do. Justin and DeAngelo provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, application and move-in. They have a great phone/email response time, excellent professionalism and great conversation! The apartments and offices are very clean and up to date. The apartment provides the perfect balance by having an excellent price, updated units, GREAT customer service, and a convenient location. Very excited to be moving into this complex!

I was looking for a place in my children's school district and I came across these apartments.Justin and DeAngelo were both helpful and on point with me.I was told when I called they wouldn't be able to show me the place because they were busy that day.I went to hand in papers and they took me to see the apartment.They both have went above and beyond for my transition.Beautiful modern place!
