Disappointing Tour Experience: Lacked Professionalism and Thoroughness I arrived at 3 pm as planned, but I wasn’t even provided with the name of the leasing agent. The tour felt rushed and incomplete; I didn’t get a chance to see a model unit, and several amenities were not shown to me. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the process. The property could definitely benefit from more knowledgeable and professional agents to improve the overall experience for... future potential renters.
