Poor Maintenance The two maintenance workers did not move with any urgency or understanding. They did not take my request serious and dismissed everything I said. I am currently in an apartment that is over 80 degrees and all the maintenance worker did was say that I set the thermostat on heat, which is obviously not true. He did not check the hvac unit or listen to my concerns. There were several other concerns I had that they completely disregarded and ignored.

New tenant Beautiful complex, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice and friendly. However, after only one month of living here, I’ve already experienced some major issues.
My air conditioning has gone out, which is especially frustrating because this is a brand-new unit. I find this unacceptable for a new apartment and hope it can be resolved quickly.

I was also advertised certain move-in specials, but the credit for my admin and app fees has still not been applied to my account.… Communication and transparency regarding these charges could definitely be improved.

Additionally, there are a lot of fees on top of the monthly rent. One of the biggest frustrations is having to pay for parking at a residence where I already live, and then having to pay an additional fee for the parking pass.

Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff seem pleasant, but the unexpected fees, unresolved credits, and maintenance issues have made my first month here disappointing. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves the experience for current and future residents.
