Poor Screening Process
My experience with Calibre Springs was extremely disappointing. Initially, the staff seemed polite and responsive—but only until I paid the application fee. After that, communication dropped off almost entirely. They consistently failed to return calls or provide timely updates.
The screening process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Getting any meaningful response required repeated follow-ups, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about the applicant experience.
Ultimately, the entire... experience was a frustrating waste of time and money. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that values transparency, efficiency, or basic respect for prospective tenants.
