Awful

The property is extremely outdated and suffers from poor maintenance, with an unwelcoming, institutional atmosphere. The overall condition feels run-down and unclean, suggesting a lack of consistent upkeep. Unfortunately, the management experience reflected the same issues. The property manager was sarcastic, condescending, and visibly impatient, responding to basic questions with dismissiveness and a poor attitude. That level of unprofessionalism in a customer-facing role is unacceptable. Taken… together, the condition of the property and the conduct of management point to a broader lack of oversight. Intervention is warranted.

Sewage Rats

Do you want your new place to smell like sewage, constantly deal with overflowing trash chutes (rats!), and make your guests pay to park? If living in one of the most unfriendly and literally stinky spots on the Beltline sounds appealing, then sign a lease at Ford Factory Lofts today!

Love it

Ford Factory Lofts is an excellent place to live at. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ford Factory to anyone searching for a great place to call home.

My Home

Location is perfect, adjacent to a grocery store with several others in walking distance, The Beltline is connected to the building, restaurants and bars everywhere... I've lived in Atlanta for 5 years and will remain living in this building until I leave.

Great place to live

Great apartments to live at and a great price! Christine was so helpful and super nice when we first moved in and whenever we've needed help. Great location too with lots around, definitely recommend!
