Application and Move In

These apartments were recommended by a family member. I didn't think much about it until I began talking with the office and doing my application. First I was surprised at how warm the people were greeting me on entry making me feel comfortable. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I had a hiccup after I was approved and they worked with me. That was another surprise. The leasing specialist Cameryn that I worked with was genuinely great and my move in went very smoothly, much better... than I hoped. I want to say thank you to all the staff I spoke with for making the process as painless as possible.

Great Customer Service

I just applied for an apartment yesterday so I'm not a resident as of yet, but the leasing specialist Ms. Shawanna was so helpful and respectful. She walked me thru the application process and answered any questions I had with no problem. their office was clean, and their curb appeal was exceptional.

extremely unhelpful

After two days of emailing and trying to contact the office, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone this afternoon. I called specifically to inquire about an apartment and begin the application process, and instead of providing information about an application, I was told that I should go to apartments.com (even though I literally found this complex here 3 days ago) to submit a form for requesting a tour. The staff member clearly had no intentions of putting any effort whatsoever... into being helpful. Do not waste your time.

Disgusting

From the apartment itself to the grounds of the place, just disgusting. First moved in we had to clean the apartment upside down and maintenance did a horrible job prepping the apartment for us. The carpet reeked of 15 years of every tenant funk combined in one. Roaches is everywhere! The only thing I see maintenance doing is picking up trash all day nothing else.

No corporate number

I have good credit and been living at my current apts for 6 plus years but I couldn't get into hidden Creste and they couldn't give me a reason why they didn't call nobody no credit check no rental check i have notifications on my phone to alert when someone is checking my credit very scary over their be where ... DON'T DO IT....im out $50 bucks
