Great location but … RUN!!!!
Great location but Worst apartment management. Units are not ready for move in once you sign lease. A/C units don’t work properly, numerous request to have this fixed in the past 3 months. I’m not the only tenant with this issue. Be ready to pay $300 during fall and $150 during summer for electricity. Internet is mediocre at best. Security cameras were not working. Outside complex light sometimes is not on. It enough parking, have to park on the street. Had to have electrician come install… power behind walls. Maintenance is always here bc they are always fixing something or correcting work. Management ignores requests and will say they will send someone, days go by and then maintenance guys show up at random times and they don’t even have acres to the apartments. So if you are not home, then another delay!!!! It’s so frustrating! A nightmare!!
