A Fresh Start Under New Management, Exactly What This Place Needed!

I’ve been living at Intown lofts for a while now, and I have to say the difference since the new management took over is like night and day! Asia & Lala are truly amazing, their professionalism and energy are out of this world! The best leasing team we’ve ever had by far. The atmosphere has been amazing since they took over. The property is cleaner, communication is stronger, and the team is actually present and involved. You can tell they truly care about the community and are working hard to... turn things around in the best way possible.

Maintenance requests are now being handled quickly and professionally, and the common areas (especially the lobby and rooftop!) are noticeably better maintained. The new staff is friendly, approachable, and responsive something we were definitely missing before. Fred one of the new maintenance guys is wonderful, he’s very patient, courteous & respectful. And craftsmanship is remarkable, I really hope they keep this team around because this is the best intown has ever been.

The building itself has always had so much potential with its unique loft-style charm and great location, but now it finally feels like it’s being managed with the care and attention it deserves. I’m genuinely excited to renew my lease and see what improvements come next.

If you toured in the past and weren’t sure, give it another chance. The new management has truly elevated the experience of living here. Couldn’t be happier!

The new staff I think his name is Al or Fred if I'm not mistaken is really friendly, approachable, and responsive something we were definitely missing before. I hope they stick around to keep this place together.

Dangerous/ Robbers/Thefts/Car Break INs/ Poor Management

I would never recommend this place to anyone interested in moving here. If you are seeking car break ins, maintenance request that goes unanswered, broken old none safe gym equipment, and rude disrespectful property managers like Ms. Charnette then this would be the place for you. This apartment has been nothing but an expense since moving here. I had to pay $150 to get my car repaired for break-in that leasing made no efforts to help cover. Their response to break ins is that crime happens... everywhere but I think as a human being you would like to feel safe coming in and out of your home regardless of what time of the day it is. Not only that but it is just not safe and extremely dangerous to come home in the middle of the night and encounter a robber or theft who is armed with a weapon and catches you off guard. This place is extremely unsafe and dangerous and if you are a parent looking to move your child here for college I would avoid this place at all cost. Recently since I have escalated my concerns to upper management I have been getting retaliated against by Ms. Charnette who purposely called a booting company to have my car booted. Its weird because when my car was broken into and damaged someone from the office not only called me but was also at my door so it is a bit strange to me herself nor her staff came knocking this time around. Also randomly on the morning of 10/03/2017 my hot water was off and my bill was current. Due to the lack of response from maintenance my water heater broke after I put several request to get fixed and when I contacted Ms. Charnette she had a bad attitude about it and would not take or receive my calls. It was a extremely delayed process to just get hot water. So if you want to deal with these issues and poor management then this is the place for you.

A Great Start

My roommate and I are approaching our one year mark here at Intown Lofts. So far it has been a good year. We have loved living in the downtown are with easy access to all of our favorite neighborhoods while enjoying city life. We feel very safe in our building, especially with the free garage parking, and have enjoyed the majority of our neighbors and the amenities or building offers. Management and office staff aren't always quick to get things done (getting packages to you, fixing problems,... resolving neighbor conflicts, etc.) but are friendly enough and will help you if you are persistent. We respect others space and we would hope management would require others to do the same. But of course there are flaws in every place you live. Overall we are happy here and have decided to stay another year.

Tighten up.

"Assigned parking" is not so assigned. The leasing office is on the unorganized side. They send eviction letters to warn people but they fail to send out letters about the parking situation and to let you know about a "warranty payment" which I never been ask to pay anywhere else. I seems like I'm having to call the office every week since I've been here. But I can say, the maintenance team does do a good job
