1. The unit was filthy
2.Some of the blinds are broken and I can't let them up or down
3 .toilet bolt covers are missing
4. Ants are in my apt. In the bathroom, kitchen , cabinets, window seals
5. There's mold in between the windows
6. My front door and patio door are missing weather stripping so when I was cleaning these filthy doors water got inside from the outside.
7. Spiderweb are all through my apartment in which I've had to clean
8. The day that I... signed my lease, I had to pay to stay in a hotel for 3 days due to the fact that I wasn't told that maintenance had just painted and did resurfacing the day of my move in
9.The refrigerator was and still is unsafe and unsanitary for me to store food.
10. The stove is inoperable, therefore I haven't been able to cook.
I have been keeping track of all that I've submitted dates and times. I don't want to get Fair Housing involved but if these issues are not taken care of immediately, I will have no other choice. These unliverable conditions affects my anxiety and depression.
I'm including a photo of the filthy unclean refrigerator. I'm requesting a new refrigerator and stove because of the unsanitary filthiness. I can't submit a picture of the inoperable stove because that's a mechanical problem.









I have mentioned several times to Raven that I need weather stripping at the bottom and sides of my front door, nothing has been done about the situation, the maintenance men lie and always say that they can't see light coming from under the door well if you looking in the day time how are you going to see it, these pictures and video below were taken at night. I just didn't understand why the people employed @ this property want do their job and make sure these units are move in ready. The only thing that is done before someone moves in is the unit is painted and even that is terrible because whoever is painting, paints everything and everything that shouldn't have paint on it the walls the doors and door handles silver with white paint splashed on them same with cabinets handles, the floors, these things should not have paint on them but Noone is doing their job and inspecting these units before they collect your money to move in. I'm more than fed up because I was switched from 3 different units before my actual move in only to be lied to about the condition of the unit. Read More

Please find somewhere else to live! I have mold in my apartment that has ruined my sofa, clothes, shoes and other personal items. I have started developing headaches and management has done nothing to alleviate the situation

Property is beautiful, great amenities…. But, with that being said office staff is terrible. They are dishonest and lackadaisical. Gate has been inoperable since 2023, I’ve personally experienced my vehicle broken into three different times . Staff always says we are working on it . Then gives an advertised deadline which is never true. Communication with them better have a paper trail or you will have a different story every time you speak with someone . Property as a whole has a lot of... potential but hasn’t been managed properly in a while and the new acting property manager is a Ghetto mess. I inquired about a one-bedroom unit. I spoke with Mrs. Sherryl and she provided the details I needed. I came out and she took me on a tour. The model unit was everything. I will be following up with her in February when I submit application.

The gates have been open/ inoperable for much of 2023 which has caused an uptick in crime. Car windows have been broken and tires have been stolen and management continues to lie about when the gates will be closed. The gym is not available. We are paying for amenities that we cannot even use. The trash has been overflowing in disgust for well over a year. When I call the office; I literally have to call 8 to 10 times back to back to back in order to get someone on the line that will tell you... lie after lie after lie. Read More
