Lofts at Centennial Yards

I’ve truly enjoyed my time living here. The community feels safe, welcoming, and well cared for, and the management team especially Anna has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is consistently clean and quiet. Overall, it’s been a great living experience, and I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home.

I have been a resident here for about 2 years now after moving out of state for work. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the moving process was. Anna made sure that my apartment was in great condition and was very communicative when it came down to the application and leasing process. I will continue to renew my lease and would highly advise to check out the building.

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. The building is always clean and calm, making it the perfect place to come home to after a busy day. The elevators work reliably, which is a huge plus, and there’s even a food truck in the back of the building that’s super convenient. On top of that, there’s a bar on the first floor that’s great for hanging out or grabbing a quick drink with friends.

The location is unbeatable—so close to the Benz and State Farm Arena that getting to... a game is a breeze with no traffic hassles. The management team here is also amazing. They’re understanding and always treat residents with respect, which really makes you feel at home.

I have been a resident here over 2 years so I believe that makes me an ideal candidate to speak on this community. If I’m being honest, my experience has mostly been positive. Maintenance is pretty good, leasing will address your concerns pretty quickly. My only issues arose when transferring units. In theory this was a good idea, bigger unit with more space for the same rate. Little did I know I wouldn’t have a working ac for over 10 days. In fact, it’s still not working and I’ve been here 12... days. It’s the middle of summertime in Atlanta and having to deal with an apartment that is at 80+ degrees is unbearable. I am in property management and this is a realistic concern but my concern was met with “well nobody told her to move” by the leasing manager. As someone who’s been in this industry for a while, this is unacceptable behavior and speaks to the amount of professionalism displayed by the leasing team at the lofts. I could go on about other things wrong with this property but I wouldn’t have complained about them had this not happened so I won’t now.
