The Lumen community is lovely! Units are well priced in a great location. The layout really maximizes the space. On days that I don’t feel like exploring, the beautiful amenities give me plenty of places to work or relax. The staff is so friendly and quick to respond to any concerns. When relocating to Atlanta, I viewed a lot of different properties and I’m happy that I chose Lumen to call home!

From the management to the maintenance staff, so far our experience at Lumen has been amazing. I would definitely 100% recommend it to anyone in their apartment search. All the amenities are clean and updated and it doesn’t help that this location is stellar.

Lumen is a great place to live. As a young woman who recently left her parent's home, two hours away, I feel extremely safe and comfortable here. I absolutely love the layout of my apartment; it already feels like home to me. I enjoy how close I am to amenities downtown, and I never wonder what to do next to keep myself occupied during any free time. I really couldn't have picked a better location to live during my first year alone.

We love Lumen! It's super clean, the staff are really friendly and responsive, maintenance team is stellar, and the community is exactly that: a community. I feel safe here and neighbors are neighborly.
Note to prospective residents: everywhere in ATL is expensive, but the Lumen is one of the few complexes that actually delivers on what you pay for.

The Lumen Grant Park is an excellent community to live. It is very well maintained with quiet apartments and luxurious amenities. The staff are very warm and helpful. The building is within walking distance of everything you need and convenient to downtown.
