Terrible

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The apartments look nice on the outside however, the interior is not up to par. First of all, there's dog poop everywhere you look. They refuse to change things like carpet or repainting the walls after renewing for many consecutive years. Their response to attending emergency situations like a water leak is slow and is not seen as a priority. It is absurd and crazy to think that you pay a significant amount to have maintenance available when necessary.... Another issue I have with these apartments is the stench of the dumpster. A couple of feet away from the pool you can smell the dumpster and that is not routinely cleaned out as mentioned. There's always furniture laying around the dumpster along with trash bags! If you plan on renting here, make sure you do not get the apartment near the dumpster because the smell never goes away! As soon as you walk out in the morning, the first thing you smell is the dumpster. In addition to that, they covered up an old pool to build a dog park. However, the dog park is not used as much as you would think. I think they should have invested in building a kid's park to avoid having kids playing in the parking lots where lots of cars pass by. The one good thing about these apartments is the location and its proximity to local grocery stores like Kroger and Sprouts. I think that if you pay at least 1,300 you should be able to live comfortably and treated with ultimate respect as you are the tenant.

***** A Diamond in the Rough *****

Considering most of the apartment complexes on Roswell Rd. are older, One Sovereign Place has maintained its Southern Charm. We have been living in the community for more than a year now and never had any complaints. The apartment complex is CLEAN, WELL- LIT, WELL-KEPT and most of all, very QUIET (unusual for being on one of the busiest streets in Atlanta). The community staffs led by Mia, Nina and the maintenance crews are very helpful and will respond immediately for any maintenance issues... and requests. The added screen porch in every unit is a very nice feature of the complex especially for a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing night glass of wine, indeed a diamond in the rough!

Nice place to live

Currently living in this beautiful place. Neat, clean and regularly maintained. Close to shops, quieter place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Specially Mia and Mina helped me alot to set all required things. Kudos to both of them!

Affordable and convenient!

This complex is in the perfect location! You are 3 miles from the interstate and 3 miles from Buckhead with every convenience you could want. Grocery stores, shopping, less than 2 miles from Chastain park and there are fun festivals that happen in the area. This rent is very affordable for the location. The staff is beyond helpful! If I have a maintenance issue it is fixed within a matter of an hour! I would recommend this place to anywhere looking for someone inexpensive to live with a good... amount of space, huge screened in porches and within walking distance to lots of things!
