Worst 1st apartment experience ever

I moved in oct 2021 discovered mold in my daughters room sept 2022 I asked management to move me out the apartment or fix it. Of course they patched it up and acted like nothing happen. Slow to fix anything in my apt. I told them I wasn’t paying rent until they move me. And yup they didn’t care. Neither did the judge… Currently evicted and living in airbnbs. ?? but god is still good!

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF

These are the worst ever , they bother you about every little thing . They want to have access to your home 24/7 but can’t fix the things that’s messed up in the home

Poor customer service

Call for some information and receive it however was trying to go to website to get application while on the phone with this rude women. I typed in what she said for the website and was incorrect with no real site. If this is how they talk to people before they even apply, I don’t see how this place is getting business.

Just try calling or stopping by to see how horrible this place is in real life. Don't be fooled by fake reviews! It floods here every time it rains, there is no security and people throw trash anywhere and everywhere. They change management every few months and they dont even have a phone number to call for maintenance issues or for the leasing office. I could NOT wait to move out of this dump. Please save yourself the trouble! I read the reviews before I moved in and thought it cant be that bad... HA!! ITS WORSE!!!! Here's a tip I learned renting in ATL - if none of the leasing staff (I mean not even 1 person) lives on the property - SOMETHING IS WRONG!
