The on-site management engages in extreme personal retaliation, targeted harassment, and bad-faith housing practices.The office repeatedly issued conflicting 3-day notices over the course of a month, but physically refused to accept my lawful rent payments under our arrangement. They then put in writing that they refuse to accept my rent, only to turn around two days later and... file an eviction lawsuit for nonpayment. They are intentionally manufacturing delinquencies to force residents out over personal arguments.On top of blocking rent payments, management has engaged in retaliatory car towing (while leaving other cars in the exact same spot untouched), illegal lockouts at the community gate, and allowing maintenance workers into apartments without any prior legal notice.
