This is a new building so the address will be hard to find but it’s nice!
I actually applied here and toured the property. Yes, the address can be a little tricky at first because the building is new (completed in 2024). I called the office, got directions, and had no issues after that. It’s a real apartment, I’ve been inside it, and it’s definitely not a scam — just new.

We want to assure you that our community is absolutely legitimate. As a newly constructed property completed in 2025, our address may not yet appear accurately in all GPS or online search systems, which can... understandably cause confusion.

Finally Moved in and Loving it!
These apartments are breathtaking on the inside. The ceilings are high and the building is very secure. You have a code for every door and parking pass for your car. The way the building is built it doesn’t matter if you’re on a floor with someone above or beside you it’s quite. They sold me when I found out we have security that watches over the building too. Don’t hesitate to apply. The leasing office is incredible they’re very knowledgeable and helpful. The minute you get your keys they’re... happy for you! All around it’s a great community with terminal south being built right across the street. I love saying this is my home! -Marquee
