I found the apartments to be entirely too small, if you was placed in building two or three you will have to walk down the block to get to building warrant to use the pool and other amenities like the gym I found that to be ridiculous. I asked for an apartment and building one I was told that the elevator goes out quite often if I'm on a higher floors I had to be repaired to climb stairs daily. I've been here for a year and some change now. For the most part the units are great. Although mine came with INACTIVE ethernet ports that I had to pay to activate. Rarely ever hear my neighbors. Except stomping. ALWAYS report it if it's excessive.

The community needs work. A lot of people don't pick up after their pets. Elevator breaks down often and takes forever to be fixed. Hallways and stairwells are never cleaned which had a huge wasp problem all summer 2025.

Property manager is super... nice and understanding, but the staff seems standoffish which makes it hard to approach them about anything. Had a huge problem with packages this year, and instead of fixing the mailroom's door and cameras because the cameras don't work, they made us subscribe to Fetch instead.

All in all, not the worst place I've lived, but can be better.

I wouldn't recommend moving here at all UNLESS you want to live somewhere that could care less about you existence. From various elevators and doorways only working a few days out the month, I am goin on my 4th month of power being out in various areas of my apartment if not off completely. The leasing office apparently isn't liable to provide livable conditions. I was told that 22 units have faulty power, and you're liable for none of those at all? Interesting..

My Tour here was amazing. Morgan was very informative and listened to all my needs. I was torn between floorplans and Morgan helped guide my decision to what would best fit my needs and keep me under my price range. The community looked well maintained throughout the tour and the inside of apartments was even better.

The apartments itself are nice and updated. It’s the community that needs work! Hallways are dirty, especially the first floor. When I first moved here last year, they would paint and clean the floors. Now it’s like they gave up. Residents and guests all do what they want. Elevator is stink and filthy (don’t touch the buttons) and it needs to be scrubbed down. If you’re a person who is a germaphobe, this is not the place for you! Leasing office does not answer emails anymore and that’s insane as... a business altogether.
