Great location, poor construction, and frustrating move-out process
The Argos has an unbeatable location and one of the best apartment gyms in Atlanta. The leasing team is friendly for day-to-day matters. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.
The building has poor soundproofing — I could hear nearly every step from above. My vehicle was booted multiple times in a designated EV space. While reimbursed for rides, compensation was minimal.
The biggest issue came at move-out. I was told in writing that I had until August 2 to pay my balance, but... my portal access was removed early, and I was initially refused payment. I had to return later, after work, to resolve it — a stressful and unnecessary process for a tenant in good standing.
Policies here take priority over resident relationships. Amenities are great, but if you value flexibility and fair handling of issues, be prepared for strict rules and limited concessions.
