Would not recommend if you want something quiet, especially if you want a unit that faces piedmont or east paces ferry rd. Sreet noise is really loud late at night and i got unlucky living below somene that likes to party + stomp around at night. I talked to another lady that says she lives near an influencer and can hear them filming all the time. You are stuck in your lease because the penalty to break is ridiculous. Overall the ashley gables is a wonderful community to live in. it is quiet and they are timely with in home repairs. they could use a little work on ensuring community repairs are timely

Love living in this building for its great location in Buckhead and its many beautiful amenities. It's full of great neighbours and is generally very quiet. The staff has unfortunately turned over many times since we've been here (almost 2 years).

We love living here. The apartment is great and all the stuff is very friendly. Only leaving 4 stars because the free coffee machine has been broken a lot lately and has now been gone for over a week

I’ve been living here since July. It’s been such a pleasant experience. You can’t say enough about the amenities as there is more than enough to keep you occupied, between the 2 story library, the movie theater and the pool room I find my spending more time at home and saving a lot of money. The spaces allow you to have friends over and enjoy indoors.
