Perfect location, thanks, Brandon!

Brandon basically saved my life during my move in process. I left my key fob across town at my old apartment, it had been pouring rain all day, and my friends and I were exhausted and could not get in even though we had an hour left on our U-Haul. Brandon!!!!!! was finishing up a work event and even though he was supposed to be starting his weekend, he came and opened my unit for me and even brought all of my friends waters. I have never had such an excellent experience with a leasing… consultant, and my history of living in the city! Aside from Brandon’s incredible service, you cannot beat the location for walkability, the security of the apartment is quite sound, the gym is spacious and well-equipped, and they have a convenience kiosk in case you need an energy drink or run out of detergent. Love it here!

Toured with Miss Lisa! She was INCREDIBLE! Very kind, thoughtful and explained everything so I can understand! Was able to answer my questions! Also gave me resources too! Definitely if you’re thinking about touring the units, tour with her! You Rock!

Living at Kirkwood Apartments has been an amazing experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team that keeps everything running smoothly.

Lisa, Brandon, and Steven in the office are absolute gems. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s handling questions, resolving concerns, or just greeting you with a smile, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home.

The maintenance team, Pedro and Tae, are equally outstanding.… They respond quickly to requests, always get the job done right the first time, and are incredibly respectful and courteous while in your home. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about keeping the community in great shape.

Overall, the Kirkwood team makes this more than just a place to live — it truly feels like a community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to call home.

Best Apartment- Wonderful Staff

We love The Kirkwood... Both my daughter and myself love our apartment. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are spacious. The parking and amenities are wonderful. My daughter gets hot chocolate at least once a week in the awesome community space/club house. The management and leasing staff are SUPERB. I have lived in NYC and DC apartments and this apartment is the best. Steven the property manager is patient, kind and caring. Sadie and Brandon the leasing specialists… are truly a gift. They are helpful and so kind. The community events they organize are amazing. The maintenance staff are amazing-- the best I have ever had. This place is wonderful for families and solo residents.It is affordable and feels like luxury living. . LIVE here, It's Awesome! We will miss the staff at The Kirkwood so much!
