This place is rat infested. Do not live here or waste your time even touring!!

They disable your key fab for the community gym and pet spa and restrooms by the pool when you are late on your rent. Meaning you can't even access the community at your free will.

I have lived here for two years now. After living in other complexes in Georgia and Alabama, this one is by far the best hands down.

Every complex has issues, but any issue I have had has been resolved in a very timely manner. The staff is professional and always helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to live. I intend to renew my lease for another year.

Thanks to Stacey I was able to avoid a potential problem while I was out of town on vacation. It’s good to know help is just a phone call away. Been here several years and still find things to love about this place. The renovations are nice. While the noise level can be unpleasant because most of the carpet had been replaced with vinyl I happy because carpet is bad on allergies. The bathrooms and kitchens are awesome. My job relocated to Smyrna/Vinings area and I moved every year for 3 years until I moved here. I am writing this review to help those who are searching for a place to call home like I was. I love everything about this place. The apartments are very quiet. I never hear my neighbors which was my greatest complaint at the other apts. I have more room for less money. I recently started walking in the complex and I discovered how beautiful the grounds are. Lots of residents (families) also walk in... the complex which makes me feel safe. I only had 1 work order this past year (which speaks volumes) and maintenance quickly resolved the issue. The office staff is warm, personable and very helpful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that we love living here. The complex recently changed ownership. I believe the Asst. Mgr. of the previous company is the Property Mgr. of the new company and from what I can tell it has been a seamless, unnoticeable transfer of ownership. She did a remarkable job because we have not been impacted at all. From what I understand, the new owners are planning to make these apts. even better. I would also like to add, my apt. is literally minutes to I-75 and I-285, shopping galore, great restaurants, the Galleria, the new stadium, etc. I hope my review helps you make the right decision.
