1.) Each occupant age 18 or older must submit a completed rental application and pay a non-refundable application fee of $55.00. Applications will not be processed until all required documentation has been received.

3.) Self-employed applicants may be required to provide additional documentation, including tax returns and bank statements.

4.) Credit History Applicants must demonstrate a satisfactory credit history and established pattern of meeting financial obligations. Outstanding landlord collections, utility collections, unpaid housing-related debt, judgments related to housing obligations, or accounts demonstrating a pattern of non-payment may result in denial. 5.) Rental History Applicants must provide verifiable residential rental history from current and/or previous housing providers, if applicable.
