I had a good experience living out here anytime I had an issue it was handled in a timely manner with respect.I had very few issues with my apartment and I enjoyed living here.Great Managers and Maintenance

FAIRWAY VILLAGE is not a great place to live! The landlord never wanted to fix any issues with the apartment. After multiple calls and no response we stopped calling. The office is never open when they're supposed to be. We lost our apartment key and they didn't want to provide us any help at all. The staff is very rude. When applying for the apartment initially we gave her phone numbers to reach us if needed but she still decided to communicate with us by having her workers to come leave a... written note in the door with our names spelled incorrectly. They're very unprofessional! We saw certain issues during our walk through that we asked could be fixed, she stated that "You get what you pay for." After moving out, we had her down as a reference and when called she said so many untruthful things about our stay to try to stop us from getting another apartment. Moved as SOON AS THE LEASE ENDED! Will not be returning EVER!! I don't care if me and my baby were out on the street! && most features and amenities are not available as listed. Pool has never been opened since we lived there!!!
