hangs up the phone

Wanted to inquire about a specific floor plan and I called the office. I didn’t even get to speak to anyone before they hung up on me. Bad sign. Decided to stay away.

Good place overall

I think overall the place is great. Apartments usually have all appliances including microwave and maintenance is pretty responsive and act fast especially if it’s emergency. The place is also safe.
I think the main downside is that the lobby is open for only certain periods which usually doesn’t involve weekends, so if you ever have any guests and need some space, you won’t be able to find that here.

Top Tier Staff

The property manager and leasing consultant are GREAT! Super knowledgeable and friendly! Also, the maintenance staff are timely when it comes to getting maintenance request done! I definitely recommend Pinewood. Not to mention the location is perfect!
