Rocky creek
Creeky floors, the apartment had stains throughout the apt. Thermostat not working, window won’t close, a light is already out, the toilet paper holder was broke when I got here. The balcony is dirty, the website is false advertising. Last but not least there is a $25 Convenience fee to pay your rent online which is ridiculous.

Don’t MOVE HERE !!
They never do pest control even though you pay for it .. Bugs are everywhere . The apartments aren’t as nice looking as them seem . The staff never gets back to you . They took down the playground ... Maintenance sucks !!! My son locked me out on my patio and they wouldn’t unlock the door , luckily he laid on the couch and cried himself to sleep while a locksmith unlocked the door . Somebody got shot and killed in my apartment building and it took them 2 days to send out an email ..... HORRIBLE... PLACE !!

Rocky Creek apartments are very responsive to maintenance requests. It is a quinto place to live, good for children.
