It’s More Community Than Just Apartments
I genuinely love living here! My space is perfect for me–I'm in a Metro floor plan and before moving was worried I wouldn't have enough space for all of my things, but the floor plans are well-thought-out, and I had the space (and extra).
The gym is amazing, the mailroom is so convenient, all the amenities have made my friends and family jealous of this place, but most of all the staff here are above and beyond. They are *constantly* scheming ways to make this place better and bring the... residents together to form a community; they do this by throwing events for us to come together, more low-key events you can do on your own, supporting our businesses, and who knows what all else they've got cooking behind the scenes! They are actively supporting downtown Augusta businesses, and we love to see it!
The common spaces constantly get complimented on the smell (shout-out to those air fresheners, lol), and the diversity of the furniture in them, so they feel connected and cozy instead of corporate.
I love being able to walk to (practically) anywhere I need. The riverwalk is just a couple blocks away with walking trails and the sculpture trail ending on the 5th street bridge, as well as restaurants and art galleries. Coming up to the Sky Lounge after a long walk in the evenings is so relaxing!
