Ventana Townhomes

I was out apartment hunting when I came across the Fitzroy. From the time I open the door, I was greeted so warmly by Katie. Katie asked me several questions and then asked if I would like to take a guided tour. I was thrilled that I would be able to see the townhome while I was there. The property was beautiful and looked. Very well-maintained. The townhome itself is just what I was looking for, and Katie had no problems answering all of my questions. This is the worse place to stay, I would highly suggest you look somewhere else. Poor management, work order hasn’t been completed for over a year, can not keep maintenance, management and staffing shows no concern(will continue to say bare with them bc they’re short staff and can not keep anyone), and insects and water bugs is a problem due to cracks and holes on door trimming.

The main office is located in FL, so nobody comes in check on this location apparently and when you do call the… main headquarters for complaints nothing happens. They only say they will
Send a email to their staff to address the issues, but nothing happens.

If they could get a better management team, -and could fulfill work orders this place wouldn’t be so bad. Location is quiet, price is great, neighbors are nice and stick to themselves, renovated units are nice minus a few minor issues. Community management lacks urgency and positive attitude. Management never answers phone, never returns calls after leaving message, and answers all concerns with well what more do you want me to do, trash all over property that lawn service blows from the street to residents front door . I will never recommend this property to anyone who has asked or will ask. I will be leaving this "Community sooner than later". Maintenance personnel (Brian) is great but office personnel VERY unprofessional… and lacking in customer service. Living here, I haven't had a single thing fixed. Management will lie to you and act like they never did. Wasn't even given a walkthrough before singing because they were "cleaning the carpets" (The carpets had rec dirt caked into them that took me months to get out just for them to still look dingy.) The ground is full of uneven and unavoidable potholes sure to mess your car up. Management is good at acting like they're great and responsive but I promise you, you'll never get your apartment… fixed and based on the living conditions I had moving in, your apartment will most DEFINITELY need some work done. They will play you like a fiddle especially if you're on record as a first time renter. Please heed my advice and take your hard earned money ELSEWHERE.

Also, their "pest control" came once and never came back, so enjoy a cockroach, spider, or 5 from time to time. Read More
