Roach infested/no AC

It’s over 30 people over here with no AC units and no one‘s doing a thing about it won’t give any money off of rent even if you fix it or buy your own AC this is not the place to be a waste of money

Rude people

I went to view the apartment and wanted to put all payments down same day. There was only one woman in the office she seemed very cold and like she didn’t want to help or rent to me at all. I’ve been to a lot of apartments and they’re always so helpful and happy to see you. Not here! This lady made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted. Like I was inconveniencing her by being there.

Horrible Apartment Complex

The property is dirty and work orders don't get completed unless it was in for at least a month. Every comment that is saying this property is good is a fake review. I'm an actual resident and I'm not renewing next year. Ride around the complex after the rent office is closed and you will see what i mean. Gun shots, loud music and no parking spaces. Drive through the 2nd entrance of the complex before signing here.

Belle and Lena were excellent!

Belle’s energy and charisma along with Lena’s politeness and hospitality made our apartment search stress free. The awesome newly renovated homes at an extremely reasonable price makes it hard to say no. Any questions or concerns I had pertaining to leasing agreements and pre-requisites were answered by the staff. They’re always available during business hours and are good about answering phones. Don’t wait till leasing fills out!
