Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests must be over 21 years old to book this listing. A 4WD is required in inclement weather. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including a simple screening process and signing a Rental Agreement. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay. No unsupervised swimming is allowed, and guests must obey all posted signs. No food, drinks, or glass in pools or hot tubs. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the property. A $100 fee per hour applies for late check-out. No early check-ins are allowed. The booking party must be 25 years old or older. A $100 fee per night applies for each additional guest not listed on the reservation. Excessive cleaning fees will be passed on to guests. No weapons, fireworks, or parties are allowed on the property. If the listing is not pet-friendly, do not bring pets. If pet-friendly, a maximum of two dogs is allowed, and pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool or hot tub. A $300 fee per night per unauthorized animal applies.
