The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests is allowed, with no third-party bookings unless agreed upon in writing.
