There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of this rule. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
