Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, hand soap per bathroom, detergent pods for up to two loads of laundry, one paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed to stay overnight. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Trash must be bagged and placed out by 6 AM on Monday if your reservation falls on a Sunday night, failure to comply may result in a fine. No firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. Fines may be pursued for rule violations.
