Too many bugs

My boyfriend used to live here and there were bugs that were constantly coming in through the cracks. Every time they would spray, to keep the bugs away, it’s like it would attract more bugs and roaches. The roaches were huge and fast. They were in the bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The apartment itself is nice but it’s too many bugs.

I would pass

My husband and I lived there for a year and it was awful! First the units look nothing like the pictures they have online. The neighbors are awful. Had to call the cops multiple times. Other tenants will smoke weed in the apartments and the smell comes through the walls. Also the apartments aren’t sealed well so you will watch bugs come in through the gaps. Way too many spiders for my taste.

LOVE BEING HERE!!

The community is super convenient to work and restaurants. I think you get a lot of the money. The staff is friendly and the fitness room keeps me sweating :)

Fraudulent Business Practices.

They decline to provide you with a moving out checklist or do a walk-through with you when you leave the apartment so that they can charge you fees after you leave.A month after leaving expect to receive a call from Jennifer Anderson one day about the fees on your account. If your looking for an apartment complex that is in the business of fraudulent making money off tenants then feel Free to call Castlegate Commons Home.

Renters Beware

Thank God I never have to rent again.
