Overall, it has been a positive experience, and I appreciate the efforts made to maintain a comfortable living environment.

That being said, there are a few areas where I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in the cleaning and maintenance of the common areas. Regular and thorough cleaning would make these spaces more enjoyable for everyone.

Staff is always polite and cordial especially Makhia who is personable and professional. Apartments are new and well maintained. Parking is adequate and noise level is decent.
