**Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Price**

We have had multiple problems since moving in, and unfortunately, management has not been responsive or supportive.

From the beginning, there has been a persistent **musty smell in the kitchen** that has caused health concerns for my family. I reported it, but the manager told me there was no smell.

I also reported that the **HVAC was not cooling properly**. About two weeks later, it completely stopped working. The temperature inside the home… went **over 90°F**, and we were told it could not be repaired that night. We have two children and pets, and the two very small window units provided were not adequate to cool a two-story home.

Another serious concern was that **smoke detectors were not provided in all areas of the home**, which was very concerning from a safety standpoint.

Management has also been rude and dismissive when we have raised these concerns. While maintenance issues can happen, the way they are handled matters.

**For the price we are paying, this experience is simply not worth it. The quality of the home, responsiveness of management, and overall experience have not matched the cost. I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to carefully consider these issues before signing a lease.** Read More
