We have lived here for a little over a month and can honestly say it has been the least stressful and most easy move I've ever made. The townhouse and property is beautiful. Samantha, the property manager, has so much passion and love for life and it's very contagious! Her energy, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond is what made us instantly feel at home and welcomed. I absolutely would, and have, recommended Southport to people I know that are looking to move.

I visited Juneteenth weekend, to relocate. I must say I visited several places and no one had the energy and care for their job like Sam, the leasing agent on property. The townhouses feel like a house not an apartment. They are attached but walking through it didnt feel that way. They have two layouts to choose from and although I am partial yo one over the other, they are both amazing.

Beautiful apartment community, friendly staff great amenities, and a wonderful place to live! Clean, quiet, and well-maintained property.
