I have been here for almost a year and I will definitely renew my leasing.
Facilities are great and we have never had issues in the apartment.

Complex is getting run down and the pool needs to be really cleaned. Also it would be nice if dogs weren’t allowed in the pool even tho there are signs up saying no pets allowed

I love my home, It’s very peaceful even outside you won’t hear a single sound unless someone is cutting grass or it’s a loud car passing by on the main road. I also love the fact that everybody gets along very well. I never started walking until I moved here. I just walk on the side of the lake everyday Thats if I don’t have work but even when I have a lot on my mind walking towards the lake an the beach helps all that out in the end

Not a bad place to live. Very welcoming staff, nice pool, nice neighborhoods and okay apartments. The fact you have 2 playgrounds is great on its own. I wish the smaller playground had connecting bridge to the other side so the kids can play instead of walking to the big playground.
They have events and some activities which is also nice.
