MainStreet on the Green Apartments

I hope and pray someone sees this. They are financially abusing the seniors in this community. They remodeled, the cottages, went up on the rent by $250-300 per month, forced the seniors to move immediately to another unit that is not even comparable to what they had. They are also choosing to pay less than $500 in moving expenses with some seniors getting only $300 to move with. Seniors are on a fixed income and cannot afford an increase like this. They bullied the seniors and told them... they will have to move where they are placing them or move out. Where is my mother's security deposit? Furthermore, you might want to investigate your maintenance staff for dishonest practices. My guess is that on-site mgmt is under the impression that the elderly are too old to catch onto 'your' schemes but you forget that these seniors have children that catch on rather quickly! It's been 2 years. You owe her a returned deposit. And when you tell someone you are going to 'follow up' with them – keep your word!
