Guest personal property is not insured by Owner against loss or damage. Management recommends Guests carry or obtain insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees incurred by the merchant of record are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, a surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs.
